Over the years, Artem has successfully represented clients all over the world in complex international and domestic arbitrations collectively worth over USD $2 Billion. He has acted as arbitration counsel under the leading international arbitration systems, including ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL, and appeared before multinational Arbitral Tribunals in Doha, Qatar; London, England; and Mexico City, Mexico; as well as virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to entering private practice, Artem worked at the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, where he learned the inner workings of judicial decision-making and how to craft well-supported and reasoned decisions directly from justices of the Court.
