J.J. McIntyre has more than 40 years experience as a trial lawyer, appellate counsel, arbitration counsel, commercial arbitrator and mediator in international and domestic disputes. He has served as party appointed arbitrator and chair of triumvirate panels as well as sole arbitrator in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations.  He authored the Vancouver Maritime Arbitrators Association (“VMAA”) 2016 Arbitration Rules.
