The Vancouver International Arbitration Center (“VanIAC”, “The Centre”) is proud to be the nation’s leading provider of arbitrators and mediators consisting of accomplished and respected experts from both the legal and business community. Our panelists consist of senior practitioners with experience in international / domestic arbitration and mediation. VanIAC’s arbitrators and mediators range from retired judges to junior advocates, and includes; former judges, lawyers, accountants, engineers and industry professionals.

In order to join our Panel, a potential panelist must demonstrate the appropriate level of experience and training for the specified panel and meet our admission criterion.  All applicants are reviewed by the VanIAC Directors before being appointed.

To begin the application process, please submit:

•  a completed Panel Application Form or International Panel Application Form (for non-Canadian applicants), 
• a current copy of your curriculum vitae (CV), 
• a profile picture (2” x 3”, better 150px by 200px, .jpg format) (optional), and 
• any additional information that is relevant.

All accredited arbitrators and mediators are bound by the VanIAC Code of Ethics.

Panel Fee: : $236.25 ($225 + 5% GST), payable to Vancouver International Arbitration Centre upon notification of acceptance. Period of appointment is valid for one year from January to December and will be prorated accordingly. Click here for Payment Options.
